Q: Can I still tryout for Academic Team even if I am not interented in Quick Recall?
A: YES!!!! There are many events besides Quick Recall--Written Assessments, Composition and Future Problem Solvers
Q: Is it too late to join?
A: No. If you would like to participate and you are very motivated, you can still join. Just stop in Room 110 during one of the practices and meet the team. (No one may join after December)
Q: Is Academic Team a big time commitment?
A: Academic Team is just like any other school activitiy; you get out of it what you put into it. If you want to work really hard, practice and stay, you will do well in competitions and you will have earned the feeling of self-accomplishment. If you are already participating in other school activities but you would like to be part of the team, there is room for you. Just be aware that you have to earn your spot.
